Scope of Practice:
Family Practice is a medical specialty that emphasizes comprehensive medical care for families as a whole and

and as individual members, caring for patients from birth to advanced age.

Medical concerns are managed through diagnosis, treatment and prevention of common illnesses and chronic diseases taking into account genetics, family history and mental health. Family Physicians provide pregnancy and delivery care. They also coordinate and manage patient care with other specialists.

Biography:
I am originally from Wahpeton, North Dakota. I have been practicing at ACMC Granite Falls since 1997. I enjoy all aspects of family medicine which encompasses all ages, from birth to the elderly. I have an interest in athletics and the aspects of sports medicine. Outside of medicine, my time is spent with my wife Billie and sons, Isaac, Chandler, Benjamin and daughter Nicole. I enjoy almost all sports and practice traditional shotokan karate.
