The Granite Manor provides 24 hour skilled nursing care to its residents. The nursing staff consists of Registered Nurses (RN's), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN's), Nursing Assistants Registered (NA/R's) and Trained Medication Aides (TMA's). Restorative rehab services are provided by the nursing staff. Our goal is to work with residents to help them achieve and maintain their highest practical level of functioning.

The Social Services department is available to make the transition into the nursing home an easier one for both residents and families. The nursing home social worker is available Monday through Friday and aids the residents or family members in obtaining financial assistance as necessary. The social worker serves as an advocate and a referral source for residents, families and staff members.
The activity department provides a variety of group activities for residents including entertainment programs, games, church services, music programs, exercise groups, and crafts. There is a

strong focus on providing individualized activity programs to meet each resident's personal leisure interests. There is also a wide variety of outings that keep residents active in the community such as trips to the local casino, out to lunch, shopping, or just a drive around town. The manor has a "Red Hat Ladies" club that meets once a month.
