The Granite Manor provides 24 hour skilled nursing care to its residents. The nursing staff consists of Registered Nurses (RN's), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN's), Nursing Assistants Registered (NA/R's) and Trained Medication Aides (TMA's). Restorative rehab services are provided by the nursing staff. Our goal is to work with residents to help them achieve and maintain their highest practical level of functioning.

The Social Services department is available to make the transition into the nursing home an easier one for both residents and families. The nursing home social worker is available Monday through Friday and aids the residents or family members in obtaining financial assistance as necessary. The social worker serves as an advocate and a referral source for residents, families and staff members.
The activity department provides a variety of activities including group shopping trips, church services, music, crafts, baking and individual activities. The program has been expanded to

include some evening and weekend activities and a greater emphasis has been placed on activities for men.
