The Granite Falls Municipal Hospital,
constructed in 1984, is a 30-bed acute care general hospital which is equipped
with a three-bed monitoring unit.
The Granite Falls Manor is a 57-bed
Medicare certified skilled care facility. The Manor is staffed by professional
nursing staff 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
Granite
Ridge Place offers 28 one and two bedroom apartments that are designed for independent
senior living. Services include a daily noon meal, a 24-hour emergency response
system, weekly light housekeeping, and an activities program.

full range of rehabilitation services are available for the residents including
physical, occupational and speech therapy.
Surgery,
radiology, mammography and obstetrical services are available on site. Mobile
ultrasound, nuclear medicine and MRI scanning services are available on a regularly
scheduled basis. The modern clinical laboratory serves both the hospital and
the clinic.
